RACHAEL THOMPSON, RVT
Rachael graduated from Purdue University's Veterinary Technician Program in 2013.
Rachael joins AADCI with over 15 years of experience in the field of veterinary medicine, with the last 8 years spent as a veterinary technician in both general practice and specialty medicine. Rachael's passion is working with clients, educating them, and working to foster the client patient relationship. In 2019, Rachael obtained her Fear-Free Veterinary Professional certification and strives to implement those methods with every patient and client.
Outside of work, Rachael lives with 3 cats (Braun, Angus, and Reid) and two Basset Hounds (Tonks and Jolene). In her spare time, she likes to frequent Duke's for country concerts and line dancing. Rachael also travels the Midwest with friends to attend professional wrestling shows, plays video games on her Nintendo Switch, and listens to more podcasts than she wants to admit.
Rachael brings a special perspective to the clients and patients of AADCI. Her dog Tonks battles underlying allergies and recurrent ear infections, so Rachael thoroughly understands what our clients deal with on a daily basis!
