No Show and Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you confirm your pet's appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.  We have an extensive list of patients waiting to be seen, and failure to show up or confirm your appointment prevents us from seeing another pet in need.  

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for your pet, we ask that you call, text, or email us as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance.  This allows us to see another pet in need of care!

This policy applies in the event that you:
1.  fail to confirm your appointment
2.  do not show up for your scheduled appointment
3.  arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.

The first time this happens, a note is made in your account in our database.  If there is a second instance, you will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee (the current cost of a recheck examinaton OR initial examination) in order to
