Appointment POlicy

No Show and Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you confirm your pet's appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.  We have an extensive list of patients waiting to be seen, and failure to show up or confirm your appointment prevents us from seeing another pet in need.  

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for your pet, we ask that you call (317-721-6110) or email us ([email protected]) as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.  This allows us to see another pet in need of care!

This policy applies in the event that you:
1.  fail to confirm your appointment,
2.  do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and/or
3.  arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.

The first time this happens, a note is made on the schedule and in your pet's record.  If there is a second instance, you will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee (the current cost of a recheck examination OR initial examination) in order to schedule your next appointment.  This fee is due at the time of booking.  This will be used toward the third appointment, but will be considered non-refundable if that appointment is not kept or is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time.  All future appointments will require the non-refundable booking fee.
